Laurent MOREL, Chairman
Laurent MOREL, former Chairman of the Executive Board of KLEPIERRE, partner of the consulting firm Carbone 4 and director of the Shift Project, was elected Chaiman of IFPEB by the Board of Directors on March 23rd, 2018.
His self-imposed mission in association with all IFPEB members, its executive director Cédric Borel and the permanent team, is to “develop highly operational programs towards energy and environmental transition, technical studies on the one hand, mobilization programs such as CUBE 2020 on the other hand”.
Laurent Morel, an ECP engineer, started his career in the “Compagnie Bancaire” and then participated in the creation and management of ARVAL, which became the European leader in fleet management. In 2005, Laurent MOREL joined the real estate company KLEPIERRE to manage the commercial activity. Chairman of the Executive Board from 2008 to 2016, he led the change in size and status of the group to become one of the leaders of this industry, incorporating the CAC 40 in 2015. Throughout these years, KLEPIERRE has distinguished itself by the quality of its environmental approach based on the appropriation of the issues by all operational managers.
Cédric Borel, Executive DirectorCedric BOREL manages one of the most innovative organization, studying operationnal new models for real estate and construction businesses, for circular economy, low carbon construction, energy supply. He operates collaborative programs, demonstrative projects and a competition for energy efficiency in existing buildings, CUBE 2020. Its institute participates in public debate.Previously, Cedric Borel held executive positions in major groups of the construction industry, fostering new markets (energy efficiency, renewables, energy performance contracting) and supporting risky businesses.
Fabiola LESSA VIANNA, Program officer and Public affairs
Fabiola is in charge of territorial and international development, as well as partnership relations of the CUBE 2020 contest.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Environmental Policy from Sciences Po Paris and is a lawyer at the Sao Paulo Bar Association (Brazil). Fabiola previously worked in the CSR department of a big French bank. She has been a parliamentary assistant for a senator specialized in sustainable development and climate issues.

Jérémy ANTUNES, Project Manager
Jérémy is in charge of the technical studies, working on topics such as energy fexibility, renovation of tertiary buildings, circular economy and LCA.
He holds a degree in Building Engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), Jérémy previously worked in a specialized technical design office in all fluids (HVAC, high and low voltage equipment …). He then continued his career by specializing in environmental studies and certifications as a project manager in renowed consultant in Project Management.

Siham GHALEM-TANI, Financial and administrative manager
Siham GHALEM-TANI has been in charge of the administrative monitoring of the Institute since 2009.
She holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Language Applied to the international trade. She used to fill the posistion of executive assistant into an international centre for architecture and into a local professional institution.

Amanda GARCIA, Project Manager City and sustainable BuildingAmanda Garcia joined the IFPEB team in March 2019.With a master’s in Public Policy and Urban Governance from Sciences Po Paris, Amanda previously worked in a consulting firm based in Barcelona, working on strategic development plans and Smart City strategies for cities in the Global South. She recently participated in the first open-call for research proposals in the Dominican Republic, where she proposed alternative transportation initiatives for the current mobility and public transportation context. Amanda has completed diverse research projects and has numerous work experience in the sustainable development field, covering topics ranging from renewable energy, low-energy buildings, urban agriculture, shared services, and more.Today Amanda is in charge of accelerating and developing the contest CUBE 2020 in France and abroad, as well as accompanying work-group focusing on the topic, “Governing innovative districts”.Contact : firstname.lastname@example.org
